Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using Australia Post, private contractors and our distributor’s own drivers. Tracking numbers are provided by email when dispatched. Timing for delivery is dependent upon location.

You will be notified as soon as possible of any potential delays that arise with your order.

Your order will be dispatched the week you place it. You can expect delivery to take place within 2 days from placing your order if you are within 10km from Sydney CBD.
